1.  What are your shipping policies?

While S&H charges may vary for certain items, (additional S&H fees will be clearly stated), our typical charges are as follows:

USA Standard S&H - $8.95
USA Expedited or Priority - $15.95

Canada S&H - Contact us with your order details.  Many items cannot be shipped to Canada, and others may incur a much higher shipping fee than usual.  We may be able to offer a much lower shipping fee depending on your location and items ordered.

All other countries should contact us for a quote prior to ordering.

2.  Do you offer wholesale prices?

Most of our prices are already heavily discounted.  However, for volume orders additional discounts on prices and shipping are available.

3.  Do you dropship for online or auction sellers?

Yes, we do.  If you sell online, we can do all of the legwork for you.  If you would like to dropship with us, please contact us to register.  Include the following information:

Full Name
Email Address (for PayPal Payments)
Billing Address
Telephone Number
Method of Selling (Home parties, Online Auctions, Own Website)

With each Dropship order, simply place your order as you normally would, but enter the customer's shipping address and a note that the order is for DROPSHIP.  

We will ensure there is no invoice included with the package, but the customer will be aware that the item is being shipped from a fulfillment center.

**Note, we offer dropshipping services to US residents only.

4.  What are your return policies?

Returns/Exchanges are viewed on a case-by-case basis because we have so few.

If you receive an item damaged and insurance was purchased, we will exchange the item for a replacement. If no replacement is available, we will give the option of a refund (Less S&H), or exchange for another item of equal value. 

If no insurance was included at the time of your purchase, we cannot accept responsibility for the damaged item however, depending on the item, we may be able to accept it as a return, and with an additional fee, replace it.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will exchange it as soon as we receive the incorrect piece returned.

If you change your mind, or have ordered an incorrect size, we will gladly exchange for another item of equal value. If a refund is requested, we will do so with a 25% restocking fee in these cases.

No restocking fees are charged if an error is made on our behalf.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to ensure your item is eligible for return.  We will not accept any returns without a RA Number.  (Return Authorization Number)

5.  Do you ship outside the U.S. and Canada? 

We will ship to many countries.  However, we will not ship to the following countries under any circumstances:

Yugoslavia 
Nigeria 
Romania 
Pakistan
India
Indonesia
Yugoslavia
Macedonia
Bulgaria
Lebanon
Lithuania

These countries have the highest reported fraud rates, and we have experienced a heightened level of fraud.  This list is subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any patron that exhibits signs of adverse activity.

6.  How long will it take to receive my order?

Within the USA, most orders arrive within 4-6 business days.  Canada, 1-2 weeks.  This is not a hard and fast rule, but a general timeline.

7.  What payment methods do you accept?

We prefer PayPal, but also accept money orders and checks.

If you are in the USA, please note that our order center is located in Canada, as such, your money orders must be the PINK, INTERNATIONAL money orders.

All checks take 7-15 days for clearance.

8.  I don't have a PayPal account can I still make a purchase?

We accept credit cards through PayPal only.  To use this method, or even an online checking account, you will need to create an account.  It takes only a few moments.  www.paypal.com.

9.  Can I order by phone using my credit card? 

No.  Your privacy and security is important to us.  Telephone orders are notoriously NOT secure.  Under no circumstances will we accept a telephone order.

**Never enter your credit card details in an EMAIL.  We will accept only PayPal orders electronically, which protects your personal information, as well as mailed in orders.

Just click on the jewelry images or "Details" on our site and you will be redirected to a page with an larger image, detailed description, price, options and "add to cart" button.

12.  Can I order more than one of the same item?

Absolutely.  You can order as many as you like (subject to availability).  For wholesale orders, volume discounts are available.

13.  I absolutely love a piece of jewelry on your site, but it's the wrong size. Can it be adjusted?

We typically do not perform resizing services.  However, we do offer varying options on many styles.  A qualified jeweler can resize any item for a nominal fee.

14.  How do I clean and care for my jewelry?

To keep sterling silver in pristine condition and to ensure longevity, think of caring for your sterling silver as preventative maintenance. Sterling silver contains copper, which adds hardness to silver. It also creates a tendency for silver jewelry to tarnish. Tarnish is a darkening that occurs when sterling silver reacts with every day substances. Therefore, avoid exposing sterling silver to harsh chemicals such as chlorine, cosmetics, hair spray, and perfume.

When cleaning sterling silver, choose a phosphate-free detergent. Also, choose a low abrasive cleaner, designed for cleaning silver, which can aid in removing tarnish. Jewelry experts advise against using toothpaste to clean sterling silver as it can be too abrasive and leave dulling scratches. Body oils help prevent tarnishing so sterling silver jewelry that is worn often won't have to be cleaned as often.

For a quick cleaning, wash your jewelry periodically with mild dish soap and warm water to prevent tarnishing. Make sure to rinse sterling silver jewelry well and dry completely with a soft cloth before storing. 

Store sterling silver jewelry in tarnish preventing cloths or bags. These items are made with treated cloth that slows down the tarnishing process. It is also important to separate jewelry when being stored so it does not rub against harder jewelry that could scratch it. If you are not going to wear the piece for a long time, use 
small zip lock bags to keep it sealed and dry. Do not store the silver jewelry directly in contact with wood surfaces as wood usually contains acids that can damage the finish of the jewelry. Never wrap your jewelry in newspaper or aluminum foil.

Gold, titanium, platinum and stainless steel may be cleaned in the same manner as described above, but also fare well with commercial cleaning agents such as "Tarnex".
